Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts to the Journal of Applied Computing for Emerging Systems (JACES). All submissions are initially assessed by the editorial team to determine whether they meet the journal’s standards and requirements. Manuscripts that meet the expected quality will be forwarded for peer review.

Before submission, authors must ensure that:

  • The manuscript is original and not under consideration elsewhere
  • All listed authors have approved the submission
  • Necessary permissions have been obtained for any third-party material
  • Ethical approval has been obtained where applicable

Manuscripts that do not meet minimum academic or formatting standards may be desk rejected.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must satisfy the following:

  • The manuscript follows the JACES formatting requirements
  • The submission has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere
  • All references are accurate and complete
  • Tables and figures are properly numbered and labeled
  • Required permissions for images, datasets, or external content are obtained
  • Ethical approval and consent statements are included where necessary
  • The manuscript is prepared for double-blind review (no author-identifying information)
  • Submission is made through the journal’s online submission system (OJS)
